Duties
  • Delivers, tags, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripheral equipment
  • Executes PC retirement process for End-of-Life computer equipment
  • Organizes PC Stock room
  • Identifies, diagnoses and resolves Level I problems for users of personal computer software and hardware, the internet and communicates solutions to end users
  • Support Rulex’s safety culture by following safety and security policies, considering safety in every action and reporting safety and security concerns

Skills

Duties
  • Plan, design, develop, and test software systems, applications and architectures for software enhancements and new products.
  • Help define the future of and contribute directly to Rulex infrastructure.
  • Help us define how to monitor the availability and provide a holistic view of Rulex system health.
  • Measure and optimize system performance in service of providing a top-notch customer experience.
  • Conduct release planning aligned with Sprint goals.
  • Establish industry standard change control processes and propose areas of improvements.
  • Setup and maintain internal tools – JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, git repos.
  • Utilize the enterprise helpdesk system to respond to and close helpdesk tickets in a timely manner while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory and the new and terminated employee process, including but not limited to, adding users, disabling users, resetting user passwords, changing user permissions.
Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/ cloud-oriented architecture, customer service and working team concepts.
  • Principles and theories of network systems and management; Internet technologies and products.
  • Coding experience using a high-level programming language like: Python, JavaScript, C#.
  • Strong sense of ownership and integrity.
  • Ability to analyse, diagnose, replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve standard to highly complex technical issues.

Skills
  • Data Science
    Theoretical knowledge of the main machine learning themes, such as classification, regression, clustering, frequent pattern mining, and anomaly detection
    Familiarity with at least one software tool/package to run data analytics, such as R, Knime, TensorFlow, or similar is a plus

Duties

As Legal Consultant, you will work close to the HR, Administration & Finance Team promptly providing legal support and consultancy activity. Being a Legal Consultant, you will perform the following activities and duties:

  • Providing legal assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating different types of national and international commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, distributors, consultants and any other legal documents (e.g. Service Level Agreements, confidentiality agreements etc.)
  • Development of model contracts for general use by the Company
  • Providing legal advice on day-to-day matters related to civil, labor, commercial, corporate, intellectual property and data protection law
  • Monitoring corporate GDPR compliance (this includes, for example, managing data protection activities, advising on data protection impact assessments, conducting periodic internal audits, developing internal privacy programs as well as templates and guidance notes for privacy, data protection, cross-border transfers and other privacy and personal data topics)
  • Collaborates with other corporate teams to devise efficient defense strategies or solutions to legal questions supporting in pre-litigation and working in collaboration with external counsels to manage litigation
Skills
  • Knowledge of and strong interest to go deep into civil, corporate, commercial and contract law
  • Knowledge of data protection law (especially GDPR and national legislation)
  • Knowledge of the relevant labor laws in Italy (including those pertaining to compliance)

Duties

As Sales Engineer, you will be working with the Sales team and collaborating with Product Management and Marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions to prospective clients. You will be responsible for creating and tailoring vertical solutions built on the Rulex Platform and for demonstrating that are both functionally compelling and business process relevant. You will also be involved in continuously helping to standardize and improve our platform.

  • Product and technical knowledge
    Get a deep knowledge of the Rulex Platform with the aim of delivering excellent and powerful demos that highlight our differentiating features and benefits in the context of our value proposition
    Be able to address most technical questions concerning customization, integration, and general feature/functionality of the platform
    Develop and/or lead the development of Rulex workflows to address customer requirements as part of PoCs or Pilot projects
    Continuously align with Product Management, Marketing and Sales, providing feedback regarding customer requirements and issues
  • Customer engagement
    Effectively communicate the value of our software to prospective customers, from IT managers and technicians to C-level executives
    Along with Marketing, Sales and Product Management, and based on market or customer feedback, lead the definition, development and presentation of product and solution demos and PoCs for prospects and partners
Skills
  • Data engineering and modelling
    Theoretical knowledge about the main machine learning themes, such as classification, regression, clustering, frequent pattern mining, anomaly detection
    Solid understanding of ETL operations, SQL and relational and analytical database management theory and practice
    Familiarity with software tools/packages to run data analytics (Alteryx, Knime, DataRobot, SAS) or performing ETL operations (Talend, Informatica, Pentaho) is a plus

    Ability to interact with heterogeneous, global teams
