Build your own reusable Factory tasks
01. setting
Define how the task will appear within Rulex Factory. Each task can be visually customized to reflect the customer’s own brand identity, creating a consistent and recognizable experience for users.
02. building
Build the task interface visually with drag-and-drop, selecting the fields, drop-downs and other controls users need. Behind the interface, connect the task to Rulex modules or incorporate custom Python code, with Rulex automatically making decision flow objects available to simplify integration.
03. Ready-to-use
Once ready, package and install the task, then use permissions to make it available to the right users. Tasks can be deployed across decision flows, helping teams build up a library of ready-made, tailored capabilities.

Build reusable data-entry forms
Rulex Designer extends the same modular approach to Rulex Studio, enabling teams to create reusable data-entry forms for capturing and updating business information.
Each form can be configured field by field, with controls, validation logic and interaction rules tailored to the requirements of a specific process.
Once created, the same form can be reused across different Studio applications and process steps. This reduces duplicated configuration effort and helps maintain a consistent user experience, while preserving the flexibility to adapt each form to different processes, users and application contexts.
Scale solutions, not effort
Once a capability works, it should not remain tied to a single project. Reusable assets created with Rulex Designer help teams carry proven capabilities across new solutions instead of rebuilding them each time, gradually creating a reusable foundation shaped around the organization’s own processes and expertise.
